Randy Orton Refuses Fan’s Offer For A Vape Hit During WWE Match
Randy Orton turns down an interesting offer in Montreal.
Professional wrestling is a physical demanding venture, so naturally, performers might need a breather to regroup themselves. At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in January, one fan seemed to interpret that quite literally.
As seen in a viral ringside video, a fan offered former world champion Randy Orton a hit of their cannabis vape pen as “The Viper” lay on the floor amidst his SNME match. “This is what you need. I got you anytime,” the fan said while extending the pen to Orton.
“This ain’t 2005 kid,” Orton swiftly replied, refusing it.
Eventually, Orton returned to the in-ring action, which pitted him against Sami Zayn, Trick Williams, and Damian Priest in a fatal-four-way number one contender’s match. Zayn went on to win by blasting Priest with Helluva Kick, then pinning him. For Zayn, it also secured him an Undisputed WWE Championship match against Drew McIntyre at the 2026 Royal Rumble premium live event.
Despite his loss at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Orton bounced back with a major win inside the 2026 Men’s Elimination Chamber by RKO-ing Cody Rhodes for the match’s final elimination. With Rhodes regaining the Undisputed WWE Championship on the subsequent episode of WWE SmackDown, Orton will now challenge “The American Nightmare” for the title at WrestleMania 42. That two-night premium live event will emanate from Las Vegas on April 18 and 19.
