Major WWE Star Appears at Independent Wrestling Show
WWE NXT star Ricky Saints made a surprise appearance at an independent wrestling event and targeted Zilla Fatu in shocking fashion.
Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling hosted SubZero, its final live event of 2025, in Texas City, Texas. The show featured a high-stakes main event, where Reality of Wrestling World Champion Danny Limelight defended his title against Zilla Fatu, Ryan Davidson, and Will Allday in a four-way match.
As the match reached its closing moments, it looked like Fatu was about to secure the victory over Danny Limelight. However, the momentum suddenly shifted when a hooded figure appeared from the crowd and stopped Fatu from hitting the Samoan Spike.
The hooded figure delivered a spear to Zilla Fatu, costing him the match. The masked man embraced Danny Limelight after the bout and then revealed his identity. To the surprise of everyone in attendance, the attacker unmasked himself as former WWE NXT Champion Ricky Saints.

Former WWE NXT Champion Ricky Saints recently turned heel after costing Je’Von Evans his NXT Title match against Oba Femi. Saints has now set his sights on Evans and has also gained a new enemy in Zilla Fatu.
Following the incident, Zilla Fatu took to X (formerly Twitter) and issued a clear warning to Saints. He wrote, “RICKY RICKY RICKY….. Soon as a chapter closes , a NEW ONE BEGINS… ? @rickysaints @TheOfficialROW @WWENXT”
Fatu didn’t stop there. He reacted to the video of Saints revealed himself as the masked man, Fatu sent another message, writing, “?? DONT GET TOO COMFORTABLE”
Saints’ appearance has sparked major buzz, leaving fans wondering what comes next. With tensions rising between Saints and Fatu, many are now questioning whether this confrontation could eventually spill over onto WWE television.
