Netflix, the streaming service giant, saw a widespread increase in its numbers for 2025, including its amount of paid memberships.

According to its Q4 2025 earnings report, Netflix surpassed 325 million subscribers in the fourth quarter of 2025, a 7.6 percent increase from the 302 million reported a year ago.

Interestingly, Netflix’s growth in paid subscriptions comes in the wake of price hikes put into effect in January 2025. Those changes were as follows:

  • The standard ad-supported tier set at $6.99 per month went up to $7.99.
  • The standard ad-free tier set at $15.49 per month went up $17.99.
  • The premium ad-free tier set at $22.99 per month went up to $24.99.

As of this writing, it is unknown if Netflix will implement another price increase to its streaming plans.

For the last year, Netflix has been home to a variety of WWE content. Viewers in the United States call it home for WWE Raw and WWE’s digital library. For those based internationally, Netflix is home to WWE Raw, SmackDown, NXT, premium live events, and the aforementioned library.

Earlier this month, Netflix touted the first year of WWE RAW as a tremendous success for both companies. According to the streamer, 525 million hours of WWE content were consumed on Netflix in 2025.

Earlier this month, WWE celebrated the first anniversary of Raw on Netflix with a stacked special from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. There, CM Punk successfully defended the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker. Elsewhere, Becky Lynch regained the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, while Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY dethroned the Kabuki Warriors (Kairi Sane and Asuka) as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
