Jerry Lawler has shared a health update after suffering a third stroke back in September.

Speaking to Action News 5, WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler shared that he’s still recovering from the stroke he suffered in September 2025, which has left him color blind.

“I’m color blind. I can’t see the colors.”

Talking about his recovery, Jerry Lawler noted that he feels like a six to seven on a scale from one to ten, using the viral 6-7 meme as an example.

“Oh gosh, I get asked that question 50 times a day. I’d like to say something I saw on the news recently was people saying, ‘Ahh, six or seven.'” When asked if he meant six or seven on a scale of one to ten, Lawler replied, “Yes, exactly. I’ll get up to seven, then oops, somehow I’ll go back to six.”

Jerry Lawler noted that he had the stroke when he was in Florida by himself and that he had to call his former long-time partner, Lauryn McBride, who still holds the medical power of attorney for him, to take him to the hospital.

“You can’t know when you’re gonna have them. It’s just boom, you have it. I was in Florida by myself and woke up one morning, and everything was messed up. I had to call Lauryn to come down from Memphis to get me in the hospital.”

“I’ve not put it out of my mind. I have one more match in there somewhere,” Jerry Lawler said.
