STARDOM 5 Star Grand Prix 2025 Top 4 Competitors Confirmed
The final four competitors of this year’s STARDOM 5 Star Grand Prix have been decided through a series of qualifier matches.
On Wednesday, August 20, STARDOM hosted the playoffs of the 5 Star Grand Prix. The Top 3 competitors in each block advanced to a single elimination format to determine the semi-finalists. The top winner of each block, however, received a bye as an advantage to qualify. STARDOM also live-streamed the full event for free on YouTube.
The full results of the show are as follows:
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (First Round): Suzu Suzuki def. Bozilla
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (First Round): AZM def. Hanan
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (First Round): Momo Watanabe def. Ami Sohrei
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (First Round): Rina def. Bea Priestley
- Ema Maishima & Yuria Hime defeat Akira Kurogane & Kikyo Furusawa
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (Quarterfinals): Saori Anou def. Suzu Suzuki
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (Quarterfinals): AZM def. Saya Kamitani
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (Quarterfinals): Momo Watanabe def. Sareee
- 5 Star Grand Prix Playoffs Match (Quarterfinals): Rina def. Natsupoi

Per the results, Saori Anou, AZM, Momo Watanabe, and Rina advance as the semi-finalists of this year’s 5 Star Grand Prix.

A grand winner will be crowned on Saturday, August 23. Both semi-final and final rounds will take place on the show. NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion AZM will square off in a Red Stars B rematch against Rina. On the other hand, former Wonder of Stardom Champions Momo Watanabe and Saori Anou will face off in the other semi-final match.
