Swerve Strickland recently had a straightforward answer for a fan hoping to see his old theme return.

In a recent post on X, a fan shared their love of Strickland’s original theme, “Big Pressure.” He then tagged Strickland and asked if he can bring back the theme. In a fast and very blunt response, Strickland simply replied that “no,” he wouldn’t be bringing back the theme.

Strickland changed his original theme to the now “Hit Different,” which also included help from the legendary group Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon. The new song also encompasses more of Strickland’s personal journey through wrestling, including his rise to stardom.

In the ring, Strickland is preparing for one of the biggest matches of his career. He’ll be a part of the upcoming four-way match for the AEW World Championship at AEW Worlds End. Strickland, “Hangman” Adam Page, MJF, and Samoa Joe will all be competing to try and take Joe’s belt for their own.
