WWE Fans Threaten Boycott Over Brock Lesnar Return
Not everyone is happy about Brock Lesnar‘s return to WWE last night at SummerSlam.
In the closing minutes of Sunday’s premium live event, Lesnar made his return to the company. The Beast Incarnate hit John Cena with an F-5 to close the show. This is Lesnar’s first appearance for the company since SummerSlam 2023, when he lost to Cody Rhodes.
Brock was set to return to the 2024 Royal Rumble, but before the event, a civil lawsuit was filed against Vince McMahon and WWE in which Lesnar was described and later confirmed to be described within the lawsuit.
While the reaction in the arena was overwhelmingly positive, the online response was a different story. So much so that there are longtime WWE fans now threatening to boycott the company over Lesnar’s return.
