TNA Had Plans To Introduce A Season Ticket Package

A former TNA executive pulls back the curtain on what almost was in TNA Wrestling.
On March 25, TNA Wrestling fired a number of backstage figures, including Head of Talent Relations Gail Kim and Romy Glazer, who worked in the company’s marketing department. Following her departure, Glazer has now revealed TNA’s previous plans to expand their TNA+ program.
“One next move we had lined up when we rolled out the new TNA+ plans? Season tickets — baked into your subscription,” Glazer wrote on X before breaking down the perks of the now-scrapped plan.
According to Glazer, TNA season ticket holders would have paid $160 USD annually, with two guaranteed general admission tickets for every TNA show. In the event holders couldn’t attend a specific event, they would have had the option to leave them at will call for a friend to use.

One next move we had lined up when we rolled out the new TNA+ plans?
Season tickets — baked into your subscription.
Here’s how it would’ve worked: ?️?
Additionally, Glazer said the season ticket package would have boosted the TNA community while also filling seats and converting first-time eventgoers through fan referrals. From a business stance, the program would have likely cultivated a louder, fuller arena, which would have in turn helped TNA in the media rights department.
The biggest risk of this plan? Too many “free” general admission seats going to superfans and friends who had annual subscriptions, resulting in a need for bigger venues, according to Glazer. Most recently, TNA took over the Bren Events Center in Irvine, California for its television tapings on May 1 and 2.

We were always asking:

How do we sell out GA?
How do we fill buildings with raucous, loyal fans?
How do we keep the flywheel spinning?
This was one answer.
It was a bet, for sure — but the math worked.

And it hit all the right notes: fan-first, community-powered, growth-aligned
TNA fans deserved this one. Still do.#TNAiMPACT
