Booker T On Haku – ‘He’d Hit Your Chest & You’d Feel it In Your Back’

Several wrestlers have incorporated the ‘chop’ into their arsenal of moves, but according to Booker T, none hit harder than Haku.

During his “Hall of Fame” podcast, Booker was asked about who delivered the hardest chops throughout his career and didn’t have to think for long. He said,

“Haku — without a question. I tell you, that dude … I always described it as the sand palm, where he would hit you in your chest but you’d feel it in your back. And then you would get a handprint that would come up later on your back from getting hit in your chest. That’s how hard Haku would hit.”

Haku is renowned for being one of the toughest men in wrestling with several wrestlers speaking in interviews about the toughness of the man known as Meng.

Tales from Haku’s life include him biting a man’s nose off after he called wrestling fake and not being fazed by mace during an ordeal with eight police officers.
