WWE Dismisses Their Lawsuit Against The US Citizenship & Immigration Services

According to a report from Heel By Nature, WWE will be dismissing their lawsuit against the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. On March 10, the company filed a voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit with the US District Court District of Connecticut.

The lawsuit was filed on January 26 and it was sealed to the general public so not much is known about what it involved.

A summons was issued electronically to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services on January 27. An answer to the lawsuit was originally required within the timeframe of 60 days.
