WWE Star Tiffany Stratton Reacts To Plastic Surgery Rumors
Tiffany Stratton sets the record straight on how much plastic surgery she’s actually had done.
Stratton addressed the rumors during a recent Twitch stream where she responded to fan feedback. One comment implied that Stratton had extensive cosmetic work done on her body, which she immediately denied.
According to Stratton, she has only had her breasts augmented and had some lip fillers and Botox on her face. However, she denied having as much work done as critics have implied.
“Tiffany Stratton has a bunch of work done. Guys, I just have my boobs done, got some lip filler, I got some Botox, and that’s it,” Stratton said. “I’m not plastic from head to toe, it’s just the chest, the lips and some Botox. OK, let’s move on!”
Tiffany Stratton’s stream saw her address multiple topics, including the rumored injury she suffered at WrestleMania 41. The current WWE Women’s United States Champion also commented on getting blamed for her ex-boyfriend, Giovanni Vinci, being fired by WWE.
Tiffany Stratton won the Women’s United States title for the first time by defeating Giulia on the April 24, 2026, episode of SmackDown. In addition to the U.S. title reign, Stratton is also a former WWE Women’s Champion and NXT Women’s Champion. Stratton successfully defended her championship, her first title defense, on the May 8 episode of SmackDown against Kiana James.
