WWE Hall of Famer Credited For Inspiring Tiffany Nieves’ Current Persona

Tiffany Nieves credits a WWE Hall of Famer for inspiring her persona as “T.V.M.A.”
NWA’s Tiffany Nieves has long considered herself wrestling royalty, hence her nickname as “La Princesa.” It wasn’t until her work in Reality of Wrestling, though, that she expanded that persona to television’s most attractive being, or “T.V.M.A.”
During an interview with WrestleZone’s Bill Pritchard, Nieves explained how a feud with WWE Hall of Famer and ROW co-founder Queen Sharmell resulted in “T.V.M.A.”
“I think going to that learning facility taught me, I wouldn’t say if you can’t beat them, join them. Because I beat them, and no one’s able to join me. But I think going there made me realize even if they hate you, they ain’t you, and people want to see you do good but not better than them, it is your freaking responsibility if you are part of these 00.000000001% to be an influence for everyone. So that’s the role I play,” Nieves said.
“I’ve realized going there that I don’t get tired. So that’s a good thing. I can thank Booker for that, and I can thank Sharmell for the adversity she presented me. But it really prepared me to be everything the best that I am now.
“And in fact, during that time, I was really able to focus all that hate I was getting from Queen Sharmell, [it] actually motivated me. That’s where TV’s Most Attractive, TVMA, was later created. If I notice that I’m not welcome somewhere, I will go elsewhere or take over first, which I did both.”
Nieves and Sharmell put on an award-winning performance
According to Nieves, she entered Reality of Wrestling and quickly received a promotion to a lead women’s division coach due to Booker T, fellow WWE Hall of Famer and ROW co-founder, viewing her as “truly the best at everything.” Sharmell, on the other hand, took issue with that, leading to a heated feud that later earned she and the former NWA Women’s Television Champion the ROW Rivalry of the Year award for 2025.
“[Sharmell] was under the impression that Reality of Wrestling was her palace and her kingdom, not realizing her whole responsibility and duty and training was to keep it clean for a princess like me for when I arrived,” Nieves said. “She did that very well. It was unfortunate in front of Booker T, the students, and even the live fans that I had to show her a lesson.”
