A video has recently gone viral on social media that shows a litany of stars, including wrestling legend Sgt. Slaughter, doing a popular dance from back in the day.

Recently, an account on X dedicated to the 1989 television show The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! began making the rounds. The account shared a video of the show’s end, in which Mario and Luigi (played by WWE legend, Capt. Lou Albano, and Danny Wells, respectively) do “The Mario,” a small dance move to close out the show. While he only appeared briefly, wrestling fans quickly caught none other than Sgt. Slaughter participating.

Check out the video below, and watch out for Sgt. Slaughter’s appearance early on:

Sgt. Slaughter was one of several live-action guest stars on the show. Other stars included people like Magic Johnson, Cyndi Lauper, Gary Owens, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Moon Zappa, Normal Fell, and more. The show ran for just one season, but aired a whopping 65 episodes throughout its run between September and December 1989. The series mixed both animated and live-action segments, and often featured Mario having to fight against King Koopa.
