Logan Paul Rips Tom Brady, Says Most NFL Athletes Would Sh*t The Bed In WWE
Logan Paul says Tom Brady can criticize him all he wants, but there’s nothing “cute” about being a WWE Superstar.
Paul and NFL legend Tom Brady are set to participate in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic set for March 21, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The pair had some fun banter during a recent episode of the Impaulsive podcast, and the exchange quickly went viral after Brady took a playful dig at Paul trying to claim that he’s on the level of NFL athletes.
“It’s cute. It’s great, you know I love WWE. It is very cute,” Brady told Paul with a smirk. “But honestly this like real football. This is just real competition.”
TNA star Moose disputed a fan’s claim that Paul is a better athlete than most NFL stars, while AJ Francis said Paul would never survive in the NFL.
Logan Paul says 99% of NFL players couldn’t make it in WWE
Now, during a new interview with Zack Heydorn for The Takedown on SI, Paul took a few more shots at Brady’s (lack of) athleticism before turning the tables on the WWE vs. NFL argument.
“[It’s] so funny, Tom Brady talking to me about being an athlete. Bro, [he had] the worst NFL Combine of all time. Okay, you won seven Super Bowls,” Logan Paul said. “It doesn’t matter how many Super Bowls you won, how many United States titles have you won? How many subscribers do you have on YouTube? What’s your net worth?”
Paul then said that most WWE Superstars—men and women—could at least have a good showing on the gridiron. However, he said that most NFL players would fail as pro wrestlers.
“He’s trippin! Bro, let me tell you something—if you put any of the WWE Superstars on the roster, including the women, on an NFL team, they would do, bare minimum, alright, because these people are athletes,” Paul stated. “If you plucked 99 percent of NFL athletes from a team and put them in a WWE ring, they would shit the bed. They would not be able to do it, and that’s on God. It’s the hardest thing in the world to do.”
Paul pointed out that while NFL players are running routes and getting hit, they are “only” worried about 11 players on the opposing team. However, WWE Superstars are worried about making sure they entertain the 40,000 fans in the crowd.
