WWE’s Charlotte Flair Still Hopes To Cross Over Into Hollywood
WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair is hopeful about a transition to Hollywood.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with ClutchPoints, 14-time Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair opened up about becoming the next big WWE star to transition to Hollywood. Flair played a minor role in the 2017 comedy film, Psych: The Movie. And eight years later, she’s set for her first major role in the upcoming horror movie, You Lose You Die.
“I’m still waiting [for more roles],” said Flair. “I hope to one day cross over.”
Speaking further, Charlotte Flair noted that her dream role would be to play a villain in a Marvel or DC project. She also expressed interest in playing new versions of Maleficent and a female version of Thor.
Flair’s also not opposed to playing a different hero besides a female Thor, and she’s keeping her options open.
“I’d absolutely love to play a strong female superhero.
“I’m just as drawn to romantic comedies, drama, and anything that lets me stretch creatively,” Flair reasoned. “I’m not ruling out any role; I love exploring new characters and worlds,” Charlotte Flair said.
Charlotte Flair plays Ms. Perfect in her upcoming movie, You Lose You Die. While she didn’t provide many details about the project, Flair confirmed she plays the villain and jokingly noted, “[There was] lots of latex [with the] outfit.”
Speaking in the same interview, Charlotte Flair also opened up about the injury she sustained in December 2023, which took her out of action for over a year. Despite being devastated at first, she felt that it was one of the best things to have happened to her.
