WWE Royal Rumble 2027 Confirmed For Major NFL Stadium
WWE Royal Rumble 2027 is set to take place at a major NFL stadium.
During a press conference announcing a new partnership involving WWE, UFC, PBR, and Zuffa Boxing. UFC President and CEO Dana White revealed that one of WWE’s biggest annual Premium Live Events is headed to Arizona.

“I can tell you this, and most of you already know it, the WWE has a very passionate global fanbase that packs stadiums, and we’re looking forward to bringing that buzz and economic impact here to Arizona.”
Arizona’s Major NFL Stadium To Host WWE Royal Rumble 2027
White did not specify the exact city or venue during his remarks. WWE later confirmed in a press release that Royal Rumble 2027 will take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale. This is the home of the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals, as part of TKO’s multi-year partnership with the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance and Legends Global.
“TKO Group Holdings, Inc., Arizona Sports & Events Alliance and Legends Global today announced that NOCHE UFC, WWE Royal Rumble and the PBR World Finals: Championship will take place in Glendale at Desert Diamond Arena and State Farm Stadium, marking the first confirmed events under the organizations’ multi-year partnership announced this past May.”
White’s announcement also confirms an earlier report stating that the general backstage belief in WWE was that Royal Rumble 2027 would take place in the United States. The event will return to the U.S. after the 2026 Royal Rumble became the first edition to be held outside North America. Meanwhile, WrestleMania 43 is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Royal Rumble is one of WWE’s “Big Four” Premium Live Events and traditionally serves as the official start of the “Road to WrestleMania.” The men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches award the winners championship opportunities at WrestleMania, making the event one of WWE’s most anticipated shows each year.
