Stephanie Vaquer Attorneys Consider Appeal Following Abuser’s Prison Sentence — Report

WWE star Stephanie Vaquer’s attorneys are reportedly considering appealing her abuser’s sentence.
Former AAA and CMLL wrestler Cuatrero (Rogelio Reyes) was sentenced to 12 years and eight months in prison on Tuesday. The sentence was handed down after his attempted femicide and domestic violence against WWE Superstar Stephanie Vaquer.
The incident took place in March 2023 when Vaquer was working the Mexican independent scenes and was in a relationship with Cuatrero. She noted that he grabbed her by the throat and threw her into a wall after an argument.
Cuatrero has already served two years in prison, and has 10 years and eight months left. Reports then noted that he might receive a reduction in his sentence to another four plus years for good behaviour.
However, according to The Record, Stephanie Vaquer’s team will consider appealing the sentence, as they don’t consider the sentence imposed on Cuatrero to be fair. They are reportedly looking to file an appeal seeking a harsher punishment.
Stephanie Vaquer is currently out of action after getting written off WWE television with an attack from the Judgment Day on the April 27 episode of WWE RAW. She is reportedly dealing with a legitimate shoulder injury. A recent report has provided an update on her return.
