Andrade‘s second run in WWE has reportedly come to an end.

The former WWE United States Champion was moved to the Alumni section of the company’s official website today. And we now have a lot more information regarding this shocking move.

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), despite having roughly 18 months left on his deal, Andrade has departed WWE.

Andrade hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since SummerSlam, taking part in a multi-team TLC match. While many fans assumed he was injured in the match, Sapp confirms he was never on any internal injury reports. When asked about him not being used for a certain match, someone within WWE told Sapp, “If it was possible, he would be.”

This departure had been in the works for at least a week now, but the circumstances surrounding it are currently unknown.

Andrade returned to WWE at the 2024 Royal Rumble after departing AEW in December. As for a potential return to AEW, a source told Sapp that as long as nothing heinous is tied to a departure, no bridge is truly burned there.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information as it becomes available.
