Vince McMahon Eager To Buy Back WWE, Claims Former Employee
Vince McMahon has his sights set on another return to WWE, at least according to former WWE personality Jonathan Coachman.
On a recent edition of the “Behind the Turnbuckle” podcast, Coachman expanded on a previous claim that McMahon plans to return. He said,
“I’ve been quoted a lot from this show the last week, everywhere, because I have conversations. People trust me. People call me. I talk to them because I don’t treat this like the end-all be-all. And the one thing that I’ve yet to be wrong about — anything. And so now all of a sudden I’m getting on all these websites because I have educated views and I also have people that are tipping me off. Now, do I know 100% he’s going to buy [WWE]? I know that he wants to.”
McMahon parted ways with WWE in 2022 amid misconduct allegations but was able to force his way back in early 2023.
McMahon stepped down in early 2024 following Janel Grant filing a lawsuit against him, WWE, and John Laurinaitis.
Laurinaitis was recently dropped as a defendant in exchange for cooperating against WWE and McMahon.
