The Latest On Nick Aldis Possibly Wrestling In WWE

Nick Aldis has yet to wrestle in WWE but that doesn’t mean a match is out of the question for the SmackDown General Manager.

Aldis joined WWE in 2023 as the blue brand’s authority figure. Ahead of WrestleMania 41, he was the betting favorite to face Randy Orton.

On a recent edition of “WrestleVotes Radio,” JoeyVotes shared that Aldis was never considered as Orton’s opponent, and the spot was always meant for Joe Hendry.

It was added that Aldis is open to making an in-ring return but only if the story being presented is something that interests him.

The report noted that WWE doesn’t want GMs to get physical often and instead save such moments for when it pays off from a storyline perspective.

Aldis has taken bumps in WWE, including taking two RKOs from Randy Orton, though he responded by fining the Legend Killer.
