Tommy Dreamer Praises CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins, Ethan Page Calls Out Nic Nemeth
During a recent appearance on “The Takedown” podcast, Ethan Page revealed which TNA wrestler he would like to compete against, noting that although he has defeated most of them, he has yet to go up against Nic Nemeth.
Page said, “Joe Hendry, arguably the most popular is what he likes to believe, or at least what he tweets every day, hoping people like it and retweet it. I’ve already beaten him. So there’s unfinished business there, I’ve already beaten the best in TNA. The guy that he beat, Nic Nemeth, I have never crossed paths with, and I was a TNA/IMPACT guy while he was a WWE and at one time NXT guy. Now, the roles have reversed. Now, I am the NXT guy, and he is Mr. TNA. So that to me is a big match that I would love to see happen. So if we could, I would.”
During a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Tommy Dreamer commended the Steel Cage match featuring CM Punk and Seth Rollins from this week’s episode of WWE RAW.
The match ended abruptly when Roman Reigns dragged Rollins out of the cage and assaulted both Superstars.
Dreamer said, “What a great f’n match from Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and CM Punk. Starting it off was awesome, you can tell a story, you can wrestle, it’s something I tell people they need to watch where you can tell a story, you don’t need to kill each other with weapons, usage of the cage, all these other things, they told an amazing story. Why finishers are so protected is because when you have big matches like this, that’s when your opponent can kick out of an established finish. Not happy about Netflix going black during the middle finger. I do not understand it, ’cause I have seen a lot go out on Netflix that is way worse than the middle finger.”
