Cody Rhodes’ Hollywood Plans Won’t Affect His WWE Schedule

Cody Rhodes may have Hollywood aspirations, but those plans won’t affect his schedule with WWE.

It was reported this week that Rhodes held meetings in LA during WrestleMania week and has shown interest in the role of Johnny Cage in the Mortal Kombat sequel.

Rhodes’ name has also been linked to the rumored Legend of Zelda film, based on the video game franchise Rhodes is a huge fan of.

In an update, Fightful Select report that whatever roles Cody gets will be worked around his WWE schedule.

“We’ve heard more about the Cody Rhodes-Hollywood news. We’re told that he doesn’t plan on being a part-timer in wrestling, and any projects he does would go around his WWE schedule.”

Rhodes has challenged Brock Lesnar to a match at WWE Backlash and the Beast will answer the challenge on next week’s RAW.
