More Details On AEW’s Plans For Full Gear

As previously reported, the AEW Full Gear 2022 pay-per-view event is likely going to take place in Newark, New Jersey in November. The internal listing for it is Saturday, November 19th.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that this date is the plan because AEW doesn’t want to go against up the NFL on Sunday. 

Also, the company didn’t want to hold the show on November 12th as  that is the same date as the UFC’s pay-per-view event in Madison Square Garden. 

AEW will do a live Rampage the night before, as is normal with PPV weeks, but the word is that Dynamite will take place at a different location.
