Cain Velasquez Denied Bail For Second Time On Attempted Murder Charge
Former WWE/UFC star Cain Velasquez is facing 10 charges including 1st degree attempted murder after being involved in a recent shooting when he followed a 43-year-old man named Harry Goularte.
Goularte was recently charged with 1 felony count of lewd and lascivious act for allegedly molesting Valesquez’s close relative. Cain allegedly fired shots at the vehicle where he hit Goularte’s stepfather.
At today’s bail hearing, Cain was denied bail for a second time.
Velasquez’s team pushed for bail of $1 million, an electronic bracelet to trace his whereabouts, and for him to remain at home at all times.
Velasquez will next be in court on June 10th for a plea hearing on charges of attempted premeditated murder.
