The Latest On Mercedes Martinez Suffering A Concussion

As we reported late Tuesday night here on eWn, Mercedes Martinez was knocked out due to a stiff kick from Xia Li. Following the WWE NXT TV tapings, she was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, it was revealed that Martinez is doing better but she did suffer a concussion. As of this writing, there is no word on how long she’ll be out of action but it’s expected to be at least be a few weeks.
