Ken Shamrock Claims He Brought Tapping Out To WWE, Taz Reacts

Ken Shamrock took to Twitter yesterday, saying that he’s the one who brought submissions by tapout to WWE. This caused Taz to reply, which you can see below. The Twitter exchange began when Shamrock said that tapping out wasn’t a thing in WWE until he got there.

Of course, Shamrock is referring to an MMA-oriented style of tapping out and not the submissions that had been taking place years before he got there.
