WWE Fastlane Results: Big E vs. Apollo Crews

The following is from our play-by-play coverage of the WWE Fastlane PPV event:

WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E vs. Apollo Crews

Big E hit a spear through the ropes then a splash on the apron. Big E was talking trash while beating him down. Crews fought back by taking out the left knee then hitting a series of suplexes. Crews went for a standing moonsault, but Crews put up his knees. Crews sent him shoulder first into the post. They did some reversals then there was a botched pinfall. It looked like Big E was pinned, but the referee said it was Crews who was pinned. Post-match, Crews hit him with a series of suplexes. 

Winner: Big E
