Ex-WWE And AEW Stars’ American Gladiators Names Revealed

More details about the American Gladiators revival have been revealed, including the on-air names of five pro wrestlers.
Amazon recently revealed its American Gladiators revival will debut on Amazon Prime Video in April. The series is hosted by WWE and Real World alum Mike “The Miz” Mizanin, and it features several prominent names from the pro wrestling world as Gladiators.
A new promo video hyping the Gladiators revealed the names of the following participants:
AEW star Wardlow will be known as Fang, while Kamille is called Hurricane, a likely connection to her being from North Carolina. Former TNA star Jessie Godderz is Steel, while independent standout Jessica Roden (J-Rod) is Supernova. Rounding out the group of pro wrestlers is Eric Bugenhagen, aka former WWE star Rick Boogs, who is known as The Bull.

When will American Gladiators air?
Season one of American Gladiators will consist of ten episodes. The first three will premiere on Prime Video on April 17. Three more will follow on April 24, while the final four episodes will air on May 1.
American Gladiators will feature classic events such as Joust, Powerball, Hang Tough, and The Wall. Two new events, The Ring and Collision, have also been confirmed. Contestants will compete against the Gladiators for a $100,000 prize and the title of American Gladiator Champion.
American Gladiators originally aired from 1989 to 1996. The show was revived by NBC in 2008, with Hulk Hogan and Laila Ali serving as the hosts. The show also had a successful run in the UK as Gladiators, where current SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis and former WWE star Mason Ryan appeared as Gladiators.
