Bryan Danielson Is Training For Another Job Outside Of Wrestling
Bryan Danielson is looking to make this world a better place.
The American Dragon hasn’t competed live since WrestleDream 2024, when he dropped the AEW World Championship to Jon Moxley. During a recent appearance on Starrcast, Danielson revealed he’s been training to become a volunteer firefighter.
“So one of the things in our area that needs help is the forest fires, and so, one of my things to provide service to my community is training to be a volunteer firefighter,” Danielson said. “I’m looking at how I can be of service to my community and where I can feel like I’m really doing something with my life that’s productive and has meaning, you know? Those are the kind of things I’m looking for.” (H/T Fightful)
Bryan Danielson recently returned to the ring
Bryan Danielson worked a Collision taping last month in Kent, Washington. The former AEW World Champion answered Max Caster’s “Best Wrestler Alive Open Challenge.”
Danielson caught Caster in the LeBell Lock after Caster took a superkick from Adam Cole. The self-proclaimed Best Wrestler Alive tapped out shortly afterwards.
The American Dragon also showed up during the main event of AEW All In: Texas last weekend, delivering a running knee strike to Wheeler Yuta. Fans can catch up everything that went down at the PPV here.
