Report – Samantha Irvin May Be Headed To AEW

It appears that Samantha Irvin’s return to the wrestling scene is no longer a question of “if” but “when.”

Fightful has shared an update on Irvin’s situation following her departure from WWE, and it seems that AEW is the likely destination for the former ring announcer. The report states,

“I find it hard to believe she wouldn’t. She is well liked in the industry, and I’ve always been told that she’s a welcome presence at AEW. Originally, AEW was anticipating doing more work with JoJo Offerman, but that didn’t happen for some reason.”

Although Irvin has been active and recently declared herself for WaleMania X in Las Vegas, the excitement surrounding a more prominent wrestling return continues to grow.

With AEW originally considering JoJo Offerman for more engagement and that not materializing, the timing seems perfect for Irvin to step in.

Irvin has also been open about her ambitions for the future. Since leaving WWE, she has responded to critics online and expressed her desire to pursue roles beyond just that of a ring announcer, including potentially taking on responsibilities as a manager or booker.
