John Cena Made Another Slight Change To Further Embrace His Heel Turn

John Cena is no longer amused by the invisible jokes aimed at him. In fact, it seems he is now insisting the opposite to be the case.

For many years, all of Cena’s WWE merchandise placed emphasis on fan’s “inability” to see him by positioning a slash over the letter “C”, effectively saying “U Can’t See Me.” This week, however, it looks as if the freshly-turned heel Cena made an adjustment to some of that merchandise.

As pointed out by Joey Karni of The Angle podcast, the slash on Cena’s personal hat was positioned behind the letter “C” on WWE Raw this week, as if to say “You Can See Me.” This design tweak was also reflected in a Glasgow-exclusive Sweatband and Towel Set. That set features the wristbands showcasing a yellow letter “C” in front of a red slash.

Interestingly, this week’s episode of Raw emanated from Glasgow, Scotland, where Cena unloaded more grievances against the WWE Universe. Additionally, he noted his plan to ruin professional wrestling for everyone.

In assessing WWE Shop, the company’s online merchandise store, it appears that the rest of Cena-related merchandise, such as shirts, hats, and socks, have retained their original design. Based on this recent development, though, future merchandise may follow this new course.

Cena will return to WWE television on next week’s episode of Raw in London. There, he will once again come face-to-face with his WrestleMania 41, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
