CM Punk Advertised For Upcoming WWE SmackDown
CM Punk has been sidelined since January, when he suffered a torn triceps in the Men’s Royal Rumble bout. However, WrestleVotes reported today that Punk is expected to be ready for SummerSlam in August.
Since then, he has been feuding with Drew McIntyre. At Clash at the Castle, Punk screwed McIntyre out of winning the World Heavyweight Title against Damian Priest after stopping the count of a pin attempt and hitting him with a low blow.
CM Punk has been officially announced by Allstate Arena to appear at the WWE SmackDown taping on June 21. He already confirmed he would be absent from tonight’s episode of WWE RAW.
