Gable Steveson Gets A Tryout With The Buffalo Bills, Set To Meet With Several Other NFL Teams

Former WWE Superstar Gable Steveson is looking to make a name for himself in pro football after being released from the wrestling promotion.

Steveson was cut from WWE in early 2024, less than three years after his high-profile signing in 2021 which itself came weeks after he won Olympic Gold in Tokyo, Japan.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it is reported that Steveson tried out for the Buffalo Bills on May 15 and is expected to meet with several other NFL teams.

Steveson has not played football at a high level before, though Stephen Neal and Brock Lesnar were pursued by the NFL despite not having previous pro football experience.

It has also been reported that Steveson has shown interest in a career in MMA. At this time, Steveson himself has not shared any concrete details about his future plans.
