Vince Russo – ‘Lack Of The Rock & Roman Reigns Makes WWE TV Seem Unimportant’

The lack of The Rock and Roman Reigns on this week’s episode of RAW made the show feel unimportant, according to Vince Russo.

On a recent edition of the “Wrestle Binge” podcast, Russo made note of neither the Tribal Chief nor the Brahma Bull appearing last night. He said,

“Here’s what it tells me. It isn’t important enough for your two biggest stars to be on the show. If it’s not important to them, why is it important to me? […] It’s all about WrestleMania, pointing at the sign and the two biggest guys; it’s not important enough for them to be there. They got more important things to do. Come on, man.”

In the absence of both men, Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins formed an official pact that saw Rollins pledge to be Rhodes’ ‘shield’ against The Bloodline’s might.

Rhodes will challenge Reigns at WrestleMania 40 for the Undisputed WWE Universal title. Reigns has made it clear that he’d prefer to face his cousin at the two-night event.
