AEW Star Taking Some Time Off

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Rey Fenix is taking some time off from AEW. 

He’s doing so in order to heal, as Fenix has been banged up in recent weeks. He was most recently in action when he and Penta defeated QT Marshall and Powerhouse Hobbs to retain the ROH World Tag Team Titles at AEW Battle of the Belts VI.

“Rey Fenix is banged up and will be taking some time off to heal up after the Battle of the Belts main event last week with Penta & Fenix vs. Powerhouse Hobbs & QT Marshall,” Meltzer wrote.
