The Latest Backstage Update On Charlotte Flair & Her Positive COVID-19 Test

During Monday night’s edition of RAW, Charlotte Flair took to Twitter and announced that she had tested positive for COVID-19. Obviously, that’s the reason she’s been off WWE television as of late.

According to a report from Pwinsider, Flair tested positive within the past week or two. Once WWE got news of her positive test, she was removed from all of the WrestleMania promotional material “out of caution” should she not be cleared to return to the ring in time to set up a storyline for the big pay-per-view event.

As of last weekend, there had been some discussion that she could appear on SmackDown this week. Of course, she’s a RAW brand Superstar so it remains to be seen what they’d do with her over on SmackDown. Andrade tweeted last night that Charlotte had four more days to go in quarantine, which would mean she would be available to appear on SmackDown this week.
