Elijah Shares What Ezekiel and Elrod Are Up To Now, Reacts To LA Knight Meme
Elijah gives a little “family” update.
During his feud with Kevin Owens, Elias introduced his “brothers,” Ezekiel and Elrod, to the WWE Universe. Owens was intent on proving Elias and Ezekiel were the same person, which often led to hilarious results. Elias left WWE last year, and showed up in TNA as Elijah. He even made a return to NXT, which caused a bit of a continuity issue, but also had fans asking what Owens would think about it all.
During a recent interview with WrestleZone, Elijah was asked what his brothers are up to. He said Zeke is trying to put his issues with Owens behind him, and wasn’t sure if they would return to the wrestling business.
“Well, you know, Zeke, I know for sure he’s out in San Francisco with his girlfriend. He’s recovering—not so much physically, but more psychologically from all the Kevin Owens stuff. Maybe one day he gets back in the ring,” Elijah explained. “He mostly wanted to be a wrestler because his older brother, Elias, was one, and he always looked up to him. With Elias now out on the road doing his own thing and meeting up with Elrod occasionally, Zeke’s future is still uncertain, especially with Elijah in TNA.”

Elijah/Elias’s appearance has also been used in a funny meme featuring LA Knight, who bares a slight resemblance to the guitar-strumming wrestler. Elijah said he could see Knight being a great adversary, and likes to have fun with the whole situation.
“LA Knight, I’ve got a lot of heart for this guy in so many ways. You better believe I think Elijah and LA Knight would make awesome TV. [It would be] great promos, and just a really cool program. And of course, I recently did a skit with the Haroon twins, who are viral creators on Instagram and YouTube. They had a picture of me, LA Knight, and Zeke, asking ‘Which one is you?’ So, have fun with it. If people want to say we look the same or are different versions along the way, it just means more content, more fun, and more stories to be told.”
