Authors Of Pain May Have Retired From Wrestling

Authors Of Pain were released in September 2020 by WWE. 

Fightful Select reports they were brought up to AEW management last year, who weren’t sure if they were a good fit at the time, but left the door open. Regarding NJPW, the promotion wasn’t bringing over new talent at the time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

It was noted that the two wrestlers have been working regular jobs. What’s interesting is a promoter reached out to AOP, but was told that both men had “retired.”

The media outlet is still trying to confirm whether they’ve actually retired or not.
